This has been a problem for AT LEAST 9 months for me, so why hasn't Google come up w/an update that fixes it? Unlike other browsers -- such as Firefox and Internet Explorer, which call upon the Flash installation of the host system -- Chrome includes an internal Flash installation. Dom Capobianco Unchecking the Hardware Acceleration did the trick for me. You should then restart Chrome and and to make sure everything is working normally, visit Adobe's test page.
