Good luck. @Gordon.Hay - Sorry to hear about that. Throughout out this Instruction click or clicked means left click I clicked on the green writing under Technical Information. The memory could not be "read". Can you reproduce it reliably, and if so what are the steps to doing so?
Same problem here. They aren't Google, that's for sure. I'll post back with more results.
